I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer since 2008 and have been a Group Fitness Instructor since I was 15 years of age.

I am trained in multiple programs including:

  • Pilates Reformer
  • Les Mills - Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Balance, RPM
  • Yoga Vinyasa
  • Cycle
  • Kettle Bells
  • Strength & Conditioning

My approach to training is ever evolving as is the industry I work in. Ultimately I like to connect with my client and assist them to reach their individual goals. I am stickler for technique and aligning the mind and body to work together.

My clients benefit from being trained by a qualified professional that is committed for both the short and long term and we will have fun while doing it!

I also offer Pilates Reformer 1 on 1 sessions or private group sessions at a time that suits you and your friends.
